"Inadequate" Sandwell

So Sandwell's child protection is found to be inadequate yet again year after year we have promise after promise of improvements yet Sandwell has had more children's managers than a foot ball team. we now have 

poor roads 
poor schools but improving 
Bulldozed  houses
Bulldozed schools
Inadequate child protection 
Dead high streets 
High Parking charges 

a picture of socialist perfection
 

Will Someone RESIGN

in case Labour do not realise what that word means
